Our studio

A small team making deeply personal things.

We began in 2021 with a simple belief: a personalized keepsake should feel like the animal a family knew—not like a name added to a standard product.

Today, our 15-person studio brings together painters, ceramic designers, model makers, and a studio operations team. We work from family photographs and notes, studying markings, posture, expression, and the familiar details that make a pet instantly recognizable.

Our collection is designed and created by our own team. Much of the work is shaped or painted by hand, so no two pieces are mechanically identical. That human variation is not a flaw—it is part of what makes each piece personal. For aftercare partners, that means a specialist studio takes responsibility for the custom work while your team remains focused on care.

Commission & refunds

No vague month-end promise.

Every attributed order carries a visible status. The partner statement shows what is pending, payable, paid, cancelled, or adjusted—and why.

Order placed: Partner attribution is recorded; commission remains pending.
Proof approved: Custom production begins. Customer changes follow the custom-order policy.
Order delivered: The 14-day release window begins from tracked delivery.
No refund: Commission moves from pending to payable on the next fixed payout date.
Refund before payout: The related commission is cancelled automatically.
Refund after payout: The amount is deducted transparently from the next partner statement.

Studio-caused damage or quality issues are remade at our cost. Commission is only reversed when the family receives a full or commission-affecting refund.
